Tapos pag may nagustuhan kayong shortlust na, bumalik kayo and WITHOUT identfying yourself, interview neighbors on history of the house if there was no crime, killed, murdered, because unrested spirits would make the occupants live in hell. Also, if the area is safe, no crszy or dubious characters live there. If area is easily flooded, house don't have termites, plumbing, and electrical well-maintained. Near basic stores, medical hospitals. Safety is paramount. Check with local land offices if not a cemetery 'yang looking new houses.
