That man obviously loved the dog but just didnt know how to look after him, its a shame he couldnt make the decision earlier to surrender him so hats off to whoever reported it and to the rescuers.

That poor dog. Why do people get a dog, chain it up 24/7 pay no attention to it and this is the result. He will be Euthenized because his owner neglected him completely. There's no excuse for that.
Shocking need to bring out tuff laws for people to get fined as to not caring for animals in the rite way shame on them.😢
Please find the people that has done this to them ok? Thank you for saving him and and I hope you can find a second chance of life and hope a forever home now and why the hell did the man took the dog? If you ask me i hate this about the way they treat the animals or animal now and if you ask me they need to go to jail and do the same thing back to them ok and please throw the keys away and how would they feel if someone did that to their kids

And then put him to sleep because you're not good trainers?
He should have gone to a Forster home! You did a poor job on him! Shame on you!
This is ridiculous and disgusting. Worst rescue ever. Euthanasia because he doesn’t share toys?! Easy solution, supervision with, or no toys. Terrible place

@briannapatterson1013 you understand that not every dog can be saved yes? These people don't harm animals for fun they are actively trying to save them but some animals just can't be. This dog was worked with by the best trainers the spca had and wasn't able to be rehabilitated. It's really scummy for you to abuse these hard working rescuers of killing dogs for no reason
