How do you do that powerful charge attack move? The one where Potemkin goes forward and does, like, a hard flex of his core?
Not the one where he shoulder bashes, or leads with his shoulder. I know this move in terms of its input and for its utility as being a cancel capable move. One that is done to give other moves a bit of forward momentum.
The other surge / rush / dash move, the one where he flexes and says a voice line, I cannot for the life of me duplicate in training modes ;-;
Specific example being at 6:47.

It's a universal move everyone has (granted there are three variations, and each character has one of those three, but regardless) and can do by inputting 236D
