Keralis and Cleo are the least family-friendly combo, and I mean that in the _best possible way._ When I first started watching Hermitcraft in S08 and joined the subreddit, one of the explicit rules was *"NO POSTS ABOUT THE KERALIS/CLEO BASE SWAP,"* and I'm disappointed to say it took me years to actually go and look up why. 😆

It’s not tax fraud! Buying your own product to boost your sales doesn’t seem to be a thing that has a word, I vote to call it corking, but it doesn’t seem to be illegal which is good!
@@LeakyTreesactually it is if you report it as normal profits as that increases the profit margins of your company and therefore it's worth which is stock manipulation. One or two products you need is fine but the way Cleo is doing would be illegal

Cleo, permits only apply to goods, not services (Becase Grian said that permits dictate what items you can sell). You don't even need to consider a permit for this business - it's completely legal, and a great idea too.

¹If you haven't seen it, Doc has the video up on his channel of him spending a day walking around Paris with Keralis and messing with at least one scam artist.

An ender-tent idea: entities can enter and leave the tent only from the flap, and it is bigger on the inside. The ender-tent can be picked up with entities inside, during which the opening disappears and the entities start running out of air like the 2023 April Fools moon. This can be used to transport mobs, players, or more over short hazardous terrain.
The "Can I buy my own product and count it as a sale"-thing is exactly what some publishers/authors do to fake their book sales numbers. 👀
Idea: What if the inhabitant of the wizard tower was Time Witch Cleo from the WitchCraft series?
Impulse figured out armor stand animation in Scarland last season. Having some animated crabs attending a crab rave would be amazing.
It would be amazing, but probably not feasible with the way that Cleo tends to build armor stand sculptures. Impulse was using redstone to switch between a single armorstand's preset poses, whereas Cleo tends to build a sculpture out of many armor stands at once. You can't run a ton of redstone lines into one block, and I'm not sure if you can trigger the books's pose swapping for more than one stand off the same bit of redstone. Even if you could, it'd be heinously fiddly to set up. :/
Animated custom models (such as the ones Scar used for his s9 creeper prank and Scarland ticket takers) might work, though.
Ooooh, wonder if a custom pumpkin head worn by villager in a minecart clipping under the floor (s7 had some llamas? pigs? In the floor zooming around the shopping district I think?) could make for a moving animated crab?! If the model was based on whatever Cleo cooks up with armor stand sculpting, there could be a couple moving ones mixed into a larger scene without having it be crazy redstone-heavy...

For the crab, you could use copper slabs and lightning rods for legs; the knobby end of the rods would work great for the joints in the crab.
Not using armor stands, I've done something similar with red sandstone slabs, red sandstone walls, and acacia stairs to make a crab, using candles for eyes.
You could probably use the edges of carpet to form the mankini, like how carpet in an item frame.
It has been a great many years since I've played Minecraft, but couldn't a skin be placed on armor to represent the mankini? I honestly don't know if this is possible or not.

I assure you, as an employee of one of the for-profit shipping companies, I know well how cheap stamps are (in comparison).
THAT SAID. I believe one of Pearl's offers is if you have a mass mailing like the one you sent out, you can just hand her a couple of diamonds directly, and instead of possibly overwhelming the system, she'll just drop one copy straight in everyone's mailbox.
Because it's a one-way loop, there really is no worry for overwhelming the system with serial mailings--Etho's 10 seconds between sends interval is probably an engineer's double-for-safety margin.
Pearl's bulk mailing service is for hermit-sized mailings, i.e. multiple shulkers of building blocks. Since they're using shulkers for the envelopes and shulkers don't nest, the bulk capacity per stamp is limited. The system COULD handle the average hermit's shopping list of environmental decimation, but it's exponentially more inefficient compared to what I imagine Pearl intends to offer as bulk delivery-- a donkey or llama train or chest-boat plus an empty inventory can handle a megabuild's worth of deforestation neatly in one trip if you have the shulkers for it. :)

Colloquially it's also known for the the visual trope used in comic books and martial art/action movies where the character lands on the ground, feet wide apart and supporting their weight with one hand on the floor while the other hand is outstretched away from their body, usually pointed diagonally upwards. Edit: So a 2.5 landing probably looks like someone landing on their two feet and their face (😆).

Anyone else feel like Cleo gained a lot of confidence over the course of seasons 9-10. Really won me over over the course of the end of S9 and the life series as well. Keep up the good content
I only started watching in Season 8, but I've since gone back and watched the "HumanCleo" Demise arc from S06¹ and the Keralis/Cleo Big Base Swap from S07, and Cleo seemed really confident (and was definitely churning out bangers) in those, so 🤷♂️?
¹If you haven't seen it, it's worth going back and watching it for the really nostalgic interactions between Cleo and TFC.

Wait till Crazy Honest Cleo's Armor stand shoppe opens up an auxilliary store called Bespoke Armor Stands. Same shop, but Haute Couture Armor Stands. Then, branches out to her own Pawn Shop. Because reselling already sold stuff means no permit is needed.
A three-point landing originally refers to aircrafts with three sets of wheels, one under the nose and one under each wing, that lands with all three sets touching down at the same time. Basically, a perfect landing. It spreads the initial impact evenly across the entire fuselage.
Now, it could also refer to a "hero landing". :)
I think buying your own stuff is a little cheaty but that might be needed to compete with beef and xb, they’re planning to go back and forth buying out eachother’s shops

Now I wish I knew how to make mods. Ender Tents would obviously be a tent that you can place anywhere and it always connects to the same pocket dimension space that you can actually go into and set up a portable base.

it's so cool how even with all the additions that make using armor stands easier, so many people still go to Cleo
For the crabs: Joel’s squid used candles to make the tentacles, and if you scaled those down you could do something similar for the limbs. Also sticks are warm enough that they’d probably work fine as crab limbs. You could also use mangrove fence posts too for a redder, thicker limb.
For the person sun bathing: you could change your skin so your head looks like a torso (maybe 2, upper and lower) and then have someone kill you to get the player head.
Staring at Keralis's face, his open mouth began to look like a thick moustache with the red being his lip, and now I can't see it as anything otherwise.

Three point landing comes from where you get three points for the landing, and nothing more.
I know false is making a river right where you and iskall set up the road pallet, which is gorgeous, you could do a bridge and light up leafy terraced walks with retaining walls for the river she is doing and you could use the leafs with observers to turn on and off lighting for dramatic effect.
For the deal with Etho, do his lesson for help with the redstone, where you're taught as you both build it.
Redstone is a lot more complex than understanding how to use the armour stand books, but if you add some design theory to the lesson you might be able to charge more on top of that trade.
Dear Management, I was browsing in your fabulous Tea Shop and couldn't find my favorite brew; Invisibilitea. A good Read always goes better with a great tasting cuppa. I also noticed that no one in the shopping district is selling potions. What better place to get a potion than a tea shop. Love you and your content. Thank you. For someone casting a magic spell, you could always use an evoker. They will automatically convert any blue sheep into a red sheep in their area. Not sure if you can automatically ready the sheep with a dispenser, remind me to put a glass pane in the evokers head so he doesn't attack the player. But it could be something interesting to play around with, other than armor stands
The crabs for keralis definitely need to be animated, waving their hands in the air when somebody puts music on a jukebokx

Btw allyes are amazing when you need a fast clean up. For example the wheat field. Just bring some with you and set them up with a noteblock, hopper and a chest or a composter. I think that they are underrated when it comes to cleaning up areas
2-point, 3-point, etc. Landings are how many Points of Contact you have upon landing. A 4-point is all four limbs, a 3-point is usually both legs and one arm, etc.

About the tower changes--that's how minecraft works, for me at any rate. Build thing, stare at thing for a while, decide that thing is wrong, tear it down and build it again but different, repeat until I can't think of any ways to fix it anymore. For the record, I think the tower does look better this way!

Moving the tower up was definitely the right idea I think. At the start of the video right before you said you were thinking about it I noticed that the roof of the tower kinda blended into the roof of the bridge, and it looked weird that there was a small gap between them. With the tower being so much taller they're definitely distinct structures and I think they both look better for it
