My print then cut works fine. When I attach a pen to a cut it does not line up correctly. Sometimes the cut, cuts off part of the pen writing. Can you help with this?

I would think this is a calibration issue. You might want to calibrate and if your next test still has problems I would contact Cricut support. I've had a really good experience with them. I hope it works out and you can get back to crafting! 🩷

So what happens if you get the black lines all the way around but you do a print then cut and still have more white space on one side? I have had this happen. I have noticed sometimes the black line that outlines the large square might not be perfectly in the middle.

Im still struggling with my printer not printing the bottom half registration lines also print preview not matching whats on paper .when i attatch to mat its not matching where it shoukd be for example on print preview. Bottom paper is at 29
On mat it only reaches to 28. Thanks so much

Thank you for such an amazing video! I am having an issue with mine I am new to using the print then cut portion of the machine definitely a newbie here! So I calibrated today for the first time ever and then I put my mat in the machine with my vinyl I wanted cut it went through the process and read the lines and started to cut, it went down to the bottom of the page and just started to make tiny little holes and then the app shut down and the mat was stuck in place without any lights flashing on my machine. I’m at a loss of what I am doing wrong.

Oh my! Actually I don't think you did anything wrong. It sounds like your machine was glitching. You've likely already done this, but I would shut everything down, machine and design space. And then bring it all back up and start over. If you continue to have issues I would call Cricut support. I've only had great interactions with them. They're super helpful. Best of luck! @@KimByers thank you for getting back to me! By fluke I figured it out after I was on the phone with Cricut customer support! It turns out I wasn’t removing the background correctly so it caused a glitch! But I got it now and I feel a lot more confident using design space!

No matter what I have tried I can’t seem to make print and cut work. I can get the sensor to read the lines but I can’t get it to cut properly. I have wasted so much time and materials. I feel like buying this machine was the worst decision I’ve ever made.
