The gun man has a twin???? Lol
I like the color!
Man that’s pretty spiffy the booth is a lot bigger than I thought, that bed came out really good 👍🏼
Thanks!
What an awesome new color for the Dodge. So smart using the paint booth, nifty ideas
Thanks! My wife likes it!
Good luck getting it back in the bag.
Haha took about 30min but I was able to get it back in there!
That looks mint love the colour 👍
Thank you!
Great job!
Thanks!
Paint booth is way bigger then I expected! Neat!
It's huge! Worked very well too!
Afraid to setup that near a prick neighbor. Fantastic though. 1000x better than just garage
Do you cover the floor part of the booth with plastic or paint as it is?
How’s actually ventilation/extraction??? Can you see clear while painting specially with clear coats?
It get a little stuffy when spraying clear, but not bad at all, just need to keep the filters clean
Hello great video !!! Did the camera person smell a y fumes coming out of booth ? Looking to buy one asking cause of my neighbors.
You can smell the fumes if you’re up close to it yes, depends on how far the houses are apart if they’ll smell it. My neighbors never complained and I used it quite a bit.
What size is your bed stand ?
What does it have far as heat and air. Kill you in summer with humidity and freez you in winter??
Haha no heat and no air, it will bake you like a cookie in the summer it acts like a green house with all the windows. It’s not the worst thing in the world though, once the project is situated I’m only in there while spraying, then between coats I hang out in the AC in my shop. It worked great for what I used it for.
Hi I have a bonnet to spray and a front bumper are these paint booths any good somebody else said just use a pop up gazebo
It worked great for what I used it for, I used it quite a bit and it held up pretty well. When I was done with it I was able to sell it too. Hope this helps! Good luck!
@@9NailzGarage thanks for that mate 👍 iam just getting a small one off ebay its a vevor paint booth
I was looking at the bed wondering how it would get down onto the cart. Where the hell did you buy that lift at? I need that in my life
Haha it’s the best thing on the planet! I built it for a topper but it’s multipurpose. I made a video for it, here’s the link: Ultimate Pick-Up Topper / Camper Shell Hoist czcams.com/video/cGWj92_BM9s/video.html
Deflating these things is my question.Do you reverse the blower?
I just shut the blowers off, open the deflation zippers and let it deflate on its own for about 15 minutes. Then try to roll it up like a tent. Not that bad once you do it a few times
What happens if you loose power? Does it deflate?
Yes it will deflate, I always made sure that each blower was plugged into a different circuit to at least avoid a breaker tripping
Sir will a 28x15x11 be big enough for painting trucks?
I’d try to at least get the 20x30, any smaller would be pretty tight
Ok thats a plus
This is so awesome! How did you find the overspray and the fans? Was it pretty misty or all good?
The blowers worked pretty well, they got rid of overspray pretty quickly. The only downside is the filters need to be changed just about every other time you spay. Overall an awesome paint booth though!
@@9NailzGarage Thanks man
@@9NailzGarage hey mate. Can I ask, what downsides would one experience if the filters aren't changed regularly? Would it result in overspray not being vented adequately?
@@sdaafasfad hello, if the filters get clogged then the air/fumes will have no where to exhaust from the inside of the booth and everything will just hang out inside the booth and mess with the project. The filters can be removed but I wouldn’t recommend it as all of the fumes would just vent into the atmosphere. It’s a great booth, however I highly recommend buying extra filters if you plan on using it often.
Hey what you think about the zipper... Mine sticks a lot and is just a hassle ... Any ideas?
I never really had any issues with mine, I used it quite a bit too. Maybe try some zipper wax?
@@9NailzGarage what brand you use someone told me his is a sewinfla and he don't have issues either...
Did it evacuate the fumes good?
It did an amazing job at getting rid of the fumes as long as the exhaust filters were clean
Hi, what is the name and brand of this gteat blue color?
Chief blue it’s from a 2017 Jeep Wrangler
@@9NailzGarage Thanks
Where did you buy it from? How much was this.
I got it off of eBay, about $1300, the link is in the description of the video
How do you go about cleaning your paint booth after using it?
I just use an electric leaf blower to blow as much dust as I can out
Any thing you don't like about it ?
A few downsides, setting up and taking down is kinda a pain, also you’re at the mercy of Mother Nature and it doesn’t take much to turn it into a sweat box. Overall it’s a heck of a lot nicer than using my garage and cleaning up all the overspray afterwards.
@@9NailzGarage does it evacuate overspray like a real paint booth should ?
What kind of compressor did u use ?
I have an 80 gallon Ingersoll Rand, 7.5hp.
