I don’t mind arguing a point of view or ideology, but the JBP comes off (at times) as arguing for the sake of arguing. We all know Joe is a master of great conversation. That’s what people want from the JBP.

The only reason he speaks bad about Rory and Mal is because he thinks they are easy targets and they “scared of him”, when in reality it’s always been jealousy. Ak has been pressed and spoken negatively about by other high profile rappers and he tuck his tail and run away but the minute another media personality or CZcamsr says something bad about him he ready for war. When it comes to Rory and Mal and the reason they pay him no mind because they know he just some “lame” that never had money, fame or respect, and has to have this fake internet bravado to be liked, but when it comes to themselves Rory and Mal get genuine love in hip hop without having to pander or beg for the attention. They may have good and bad takes every now and then but whenever they need a favor or some support from hip hop artists or hip hop media those people show up for them. Ak has to beg and pander to get these people to like him and that’s where the jealousy comes from and all the hate for Rory and Mal. Have this hating energy for the “real”big bad people in the industry who press you, not two guys who said one negative thing about you.
But that’s my beef with Ak. Yes I can objectively say he successful and has found his own lane in hip hop media, but he needs to take some accountability for his own actions that cause people to have a negative opinion about him. He always says, oh people are jealous of him and they hate that he was the new kid in hip hop media, when in fact Ak has made some bad takes in the past and he also reported on business that he shouldn’t be speaking on. Yes he a “journalist” and he thought that what he was reporting on was just his innocent assessment of a certain topic, but when these artist or other people told Ak to stop talking about things he doesn’t know about, he would double down and start dissing these people instead of trying to reach a common ground and understand why these people are telling him not to speak on certain things whether it be their personal lives or business. That why he’s not respected.
