Allison, I'm dealing with stress and depression and I actually live in Denmark where we almost never see the sun... it's always grey and I have a hard time feeling happy lately. I'm a first year teacher and everything is just HARD. I love watching you because you always seem so happy and energetic and soo positive and smile. I would love it if you could make a video about how to be more happy

@N.Dinc, I am so sorry you are dealing with depression and stress. I can only imagine how hard it is. There is a real condition called S.A.D (seasonal affective disorder) , maybe you've heard of it. A couple people I know have this. They use a "sun lamp" to help when the days are really gloomy. They also use yoga and meditation( for stress). Just a suggestion. Hope you feel better soon.

Allison, you' are the one who inspired me to wake up earlier, become even closer to God than I already am, refurnish my room to be really inviting and cosy, use peanut butter in everything (literally the best idea ever), have a more positive attitude toward life, enjoy the little things, and buy a fireplace. Like, I literally went out and ordered a mini fireplace online just now, and I couldn't be happier. It'a exactly what my room needs. I too want to be a resident of the Cozy Kingdom!

Love this so much!!! A cheaper alternative to the fireplace suggestion is CZcams, Netflix, and Disney plus all have a streaming of a cozy fire place so sometimes I play it on our tv haha!

No one ever talks about bedding so I just can't find nice white sheets or mattress topper ANYWHERE.. so I will need to look into this
My absolute favourite sheets are bamboo. In Australia and New Zealand Kmart has some remarkably good ones for the price, otherwise my absolute favourite ones are the ettitude ones. They ship worldwide, and while they aren’t exactly cheap, they still aren’t outrageous. On top of that, they are incredibly eco friendly as they use a method to make the material.

Love this and agree! So many fun ways to make cozy a part of our lifestyles. Love your videos been watching for awhile now. My husband and I got married around the same time y’all did! It’s fun watching your vlogs because I can totally related being newlyweds and seeing all your adventures 💕. We live super close to Florida, but on the state line. Wish we could be friends! There’s not a lot of young couples in our small town. God bless 💝.
Love the hygge look, after 20 years of using candles, I tend to use battery flickering candles now, as dark shadows appearing on white walls, ceiling etc from candles is a pain to clean before re-painting
I agree. I use the battery candles. They do the same thing and with 15 grandchildren, I do not worry about fires. Instead I have an old pot I put on the stove, fill it wit water, cloves, cinnamon, sticks and dried orange slices and it makes the house smell heavenly.

I’m winter I change the tv to a fireplace screen saver and let that go. Around Christmas I go to CZcams and find a fireplace that crackles and plays Christmas music. A free hack that I love!
