Sir, is entrance test only a formality? Some students from Russia said that it's only a formality and a student clears it easily even if he is not prepared well. They said only 2-3 universities like kazan federal etc take serious test and for rest it's only a formality.
Is that true?

Depends on how you look at things.. I finished my MBBS, Cleared my FMGE exam and still want to do more things other than just medicine … don’t see anything wrong with that..
