- Celebrating the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Australia and South Korea, the Korean Cultural Centre Australia presents Travel of Korea’s Sound; a virtual music event delivering a contemporary interpretation of traditional Korean music.
#LEENALCHI sings #Sugungga, an old story of the Dragon King, a softshell turtle and a wild rabbit. The alternative pop band's unique way of storytelling through solos, choruses, rap and dance fuses traditional Korean #pansori music with synth-pop vibes.
Travel of Korea’s Sound is presented by the Korean Culture Centre with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea (MSCT) and the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE).

I'm thrilled that Leenalchi is honoring the pansori tradition by updating it in a fusion style and reintroducing it to contemporary audiences. This is a brilliant band with truly gifted members. Tiger is Coming is a potential earworm.

I found by chance the video "Feel the Rhythm of KOREA: SEOUL". The group LEENALCHI is incredible! I didn't know this style of music at all, it's very captivating. I think it's very attractive, I listen to it while I'm working, I like the lyrics very much too. Korean traditional music is fascinating and sometimes relaxing, very good to discover! ❤ My favorite music of the group is Tiger is Coming

Moi aussi je suis parisienne, leur style est assez spécial mais j'aime beaucoup, c'est original et différent de ce qu'on écoute d'habitude surtout pour des français ! D'habitude je n'écoute pas trop des musiques coréennes, juste de temps en temps de la Kpop, mais honnêtement je préfère la musique traditionnelle coréenne, leurs voix sont incroyables !
