Simply washing my face is a problem because I feel like there will be someone behind me in the bathroom mirror when I open my eyes. I have insomnia because of this so I normally sleep at 5 when the sun starts rising. If I'm sleeping with my sister and she sleeps before me, I have the same feelings of fear for demons or ghosts in the room.
