I remember when it was thriving. My wife worked at Beverlys clothing store, there was Perry’s drug store, record store, theatre that got plenty of business, tennis shop and other businesses. Lived near there since 1968.
Sad ! Poor fish he was happy to see someone ! I remember the night club in the basement I couldn’t watch the full video 😢 I’d like to believe that it’s surviving but I feel eventually it will meet its demise but I hope not !
