As for our Morita Bourbon Maple Reaper Hot Sauce, there are only 2 Chile Peppers used, we use our Mexican sourced Chile Moritas, a smoked and dried Jalapeño, which are what lends the sauces it’s smoky profile, and layer those in with Carolina Reapers to nuance the fiery profile of the Reaper. The spices, let’s call them a trade secret, Chef Julio holds his spice blends close. Happy to confirm/deny any questions you might have! Also happy to do that for anyone that might have allergies and need to know certain spices for that reason.

I'm not familiar with that one, are you referencing the GATOR HAMMOCK Gator Sauce that is also available in Lethal?
Haven't tried them yet but I've got the normal and the extra hot gator sauces in my cupboard to try later in the year . Looking forward to a decent burn hopefully 👍

@@dresdensinn6669 my husband and I went to a hot sauce festival this past summer. We sampled and purchased the Gator sauce (with the red seal) it only contains, pepper X. It would be almost unbearable to eat for someone who doesn’t have the capacity to eat hot foods.

I bought "the forbidden fruit" (known as Le fruit défendu here in Montreal) before it was announced for the line up, and I really like it. It really goes well in most dishes, a couple of drop and you're good, and gives a nice heat to them.

I've noticed over the seasons of hot ones with the exception of da bomb the guests don't seem to be as phased as they used to. Either the sauces aren't as hot or they just happened to be getting guests that can handle it better than others

Ask puker but what you have to have in a hot sauce to make it hot like 91% pepper X but when tested only shows 61.000 scoville units kinda weak for a pepper that almost 3million scoville
I've done the gator sauce an that was hotter than 60,000 shus there's alot of bad blood going around about Ed for some reason no need for it

La Pimenterie has been on Hot Ones before, they had 1 for Season 21 so a new sauce from them for Hot Ones this season but they're not new to the show
Same with Chile Monoloco, new sauce for the show but the company itself isn't new to the show, they just went longer without any Hot Ones representation since 1 of their last sauces was all the way back in Season 12

Ed did a good job with a marketing campaign... that is false advertising. After he told everybody that x-sauce would be 2.4 million scoville units he made a video with one of the chefs saying that 99% of people don't like brutally hot things and that was his market. An absolute liar.

Yeah. Everytime I see chilli heads review these sauces they struggle. The celebrities barely have a reaction. They do not actually serve these sauces on the show.
The Hot ones Experience isn't that hot... an actual habanero is like 2-3 times hotter than it. Their last 'Last Dab sauce was way hotter.
