I think it's wonderful that you follow your heart and just lingered as long as possible up in the Yukon. Your love of that landscape is so palpable. And as I watch you layer up and head off down a snowy trail, I have so much respect for the skills, wisdom, and know-how you've accumulated during all these days of van living. You are so brave and I hope your life is rich and rewarding in every way.

Before CZcams I worked seasonal jobs and then lived frugally to stretch it as long as possible. It’s amazing how little you can get by on when the alternative is going back to work 😆 camp life wasn’t my favourite but I enjoyed the money that’s for sure.

I do it to earn $ to keep my truck and side by side and to be able to travel and live free..winter really sucks as it's boring a f so we are really looking forward to the spring. I had severe migraines all my life until finally in my mid forties they just stopped. Thank God! I know other people that had that same experience. I hope and pray that your migraines go away soon! God bless you and stay safe!❤

It’s mostly healed but he will always need to wear the bandage when going outside to keep it from rubbing raw. He’s not bothered by it though and I think prefers the padding.

Curiosity is in our nature. You got to witness an extremely rare sighting. Not many would of shared that's what stand you apart from many thank you for sharing this moment. You have got to be the person that has come across the most heart shape rocks. That too is very special. I say it represents your beautiful heart and a way for mother earth to thank you for sharing her beautiful gems with so many others.

Thank you 🙏🏼 I actually see at least 20 heart shaped rocks for each one I share in a video. It’s kinda wild how often I see them, and I think at this point I’m just very tuned in to them. Some areas definitely have higher concentrations than others.

You are so brave - and it pays off in the views and experiences. I’ve been living in a van for 1.5yrs but haven’t ventured much off Vancouver island (family, job stuff). But I did go up into the caribou this fall, Rockies and eastern BC as well. The threat of snow sent me back to the island (plus my heater stopped working in Banff). I hope to venture further and hit the trails like you do - solo female vanlife (with a Jack Russell terrorist) makes one cautious. I do have bear spray and bangers, just have to get out of my head is all. Hope to see you on the road one day
You can do it!! I am getting over my bearanoia and it’s working. Like any irrational fear, it can be soothed.
Say hi if ya so! It really just takes exposure to bears and the right self talk to become less scared of them. It definitely helps to have a doggie alarm system as well.

Just rainy winter on the Oregon coast or California not pretty landslides, rivers overflowing just experienced that last week. I get you I prefer quiet and peace and less crowds actually no crowds but do need to be close due to multiple health problems. Frank is loved and he knows it. They know more than humans ever want to or care to admit. They hold your gaze to absorb your emotions. We just had to put our last fur baby down. Its raw and I still hear him dreaming in my sleep. So hold your 4 paw baby close. Sadly they never outlive us.

Amanda dear, have you ever documented what you did before you got a migraine and what your emotions were like? You can learn so much about your body and how it works when you do this. You also start to see familiar patterns which may lead up to a headache/migraine...I just thought Id tell you what I do...great video..hugs
