The root of her problem is that she is a messy person. Anyone who watched the recent college hill episode where claudia and another guy pulled a prank on this gay person by hiding something of his could see the reason why. Doing the prank wasnt the issue. The issue was when the person asked where the missing item is, claudia went out of her way to sit down with the victim to hear him out all the while knowing where the item was hidden, while the other guy didnt and avoided him. Then when the prank was revealed the victim expressed anger more toward claudia. And she got confused and acted she di nothing wrong. But the point was she lied to his face and acted like she cared. It shows untrustworthiness. Another more famous incident was when claudia arranged a secret surprise birthday greeting from da brat for lisa raye who got enranged because at the time they were talking to eachother and when claudia tried to intervene lisa flipped on her and the rest of the panel. Its because of things like this where she has limited movement among black spaces because we dont play like that.

But she also did things that would annoy the audience. I think its confusion on what she is and where she fits in that she resents both sides and it manifests itself in various ways. She was mainly raised in their environment and not ours and when she reached hollywood she found herself relegated to our spaces and not the mainstream that she was use to. Also that is probably where she came into more regular contact with our people and the problem is that if she was learning more about our people from that from the celebrity section of the community who are messy, back stabbing and colorist etc then she got the ok from them not realising that it isnt normal behaviour of the overall community outside the bubble she is in.
