there are some cultural aspects that need to be respected- otherwise just go to the registry office- and black is associated with funerals in western cultures. So I get parents and other older relatives not liking black for a wedding

My mum can also do this. I've been trying to master it for years cause for some mysterious reason, every time I'm at the cracking eggs part of cooking, I get calls and stuff, so it would be convenient. Still haven't managed. Most chefs and bakers do it like this too, so I'd presume it's just a matter of practice.
If you hold the egg side ways (like hold your hand out, make it so the egg lays in your palm with the pointy end facing your thumb) grab it, flip your hand to crack it while holding the top and bottom pieces it'll crack in half. It takes time and effort but it'll get easier. Usually helps if you use like the edge of a pan or bowl

By far the best dress that was ever shown on the show. It actually fit her personality really well unlike most of the other girls and their dresses. I feel like a lot of them drown in their dresses because it’s too much or doesn’t match them but hers was literally perfect for her and on her!
