That thing that pegs onto the rebreather is called a "swim board" or "navigation board." It has (or the real thing has) a compass, chronometer, and depth meter.

Jesus, it's beautiful. I had 12 inch Joes as a kid around 1972 or so, dropped them for Mego when I became more interested in superheroes around the age of 8, but Classified won me back in 2020 and this subline is the perfect blend of the original Joe style with the advancements and scale of Classified. I can't wait to add all of the 60th figures to my collection.

The most fun reviews I’ve come across, I definitely like seeing you go outside of GI Joe when you do as well. But this 60th Diver figure review was sweet AF, even though I jumped out of Classified. Another great review bud! I’m stoked for mine to get here! I wish that they included a third head sculpt that was more like the EEL though, for troop building reasons. I mean, what are they supposed to be, the “Fred” of G.I.Joe? At least the 60 Anniversary Action Solider is like that.

Despite having a very nice design and look, all of my combat Dioramas are strickly on land. So I went for the Infintry Trooper, but I did pass on this guy for the same reason I passed on Torpedo. Nice figure though!

Great review, hes definitely made better than Torpedo, his joints aren't too loose.The 60th Anniversary Recon Diver is my favorite figure. Grid Iron Studios make jet fins, which are what Navy SEALs use and they make the figure more realistic.
