Justice B. Chandra Kumar is a retired judge who served in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. He was born on January 7, 1953, in Adilabad District. He obtained a law degree from Osmania University in 1978 and practiced as an advocate in Adilabad from 1978 to 1988. He was selected as a district judge in 1993 and held various judicial positions, including Additional District Judge and Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on February 5, 2009, and later appointed as a Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on November 26, 2010. He retired on January 6, 2015, upon reaching the age of superannuation
