Who is older?
I’m a top level competition arm wrestler. Hate to say it, but her forearms are stronger than yours and possibly her wrist also. Your best option to beat her will be a top roll.
P.S. Look up videos on how to avoid arm breaks. “Voice of Arm Wrestling” has a good video on it.
