Madara Uchiha’s fall from grace came about from his reading of the altered Stone Tablet that the Sage of Six Paths once left. This, along with other grievances left Madara without faith in what had once been his and Hashirama’s greatest dream, with Madara leaving the village soon after to find ways to destroy what he had once helped to build. It was Madara who sought out and rediscovered the Tailed Beasts, in particular, Kurama, the Nine-Tails. He would return to Konoha with this Tailed Beast in tow, eventually utilizing its power to face his age old frienemy, Hashirama. Madara was even the first to ever make use of the Majestic Armor Susanoo for Kurama, a trait later inherited by his successor, Sasuke Uchiha. In the end, Madara was killed (kinda) and his goals suddenly found themselves accomplished by Hashirama who gathered all nine beasts together before redistributing them, not yet sure what it was that he had. But all in all, Madara was alone in his attempts to crush Hashirama Senju, so we often forget that this was not Madara’s original plan. Originally, Madara planned to show his clan that Stone Tablet, and get them to believe him that he was saving them and bringing TRUE peace to the world. But in the end, they did not leave with him, refusing to believe in what he was saying. Sometimes though… I wonder… What if they had?

Great story, wrapped up nicely... But there is a part of me that wants to see more. What If we continued with this one, went into the Naruto era? Between a far stronger Uchiha clan, a village that's far more unified, the Tailed Beasts still out and about... There's so many massive changes to the main story that I really want to see how this could go. Maybe Madara discovers White Zetsus, now without the main one to guide them - and uses them to save lives in penance? I could see him saving Obito still. Rin would survive, the Hokages would likely change to include Uchiha ones, the Akatsuki would never have strayed to darkness. Granted, Nagato wouldn't have the Rinnegan, so perhaps they wouldn't have gotten that far, sad to say. There's so much potential to do a whole revamp of the main series with a setup like this - perhaps Naruto could still befriend Kurama, perhaps Sasuke and Itachi could finally spend time together, perhaps they could actually achieve peace. At least until the Boruto era starts showing up and wrecking house - but it's entirely possible the ninja world would be more willing to be unified and ready to deal with that threat. I'd love to see part 2 onwards of this.
But then i wouldnt be naruto it would be Hashirama and Hashirama shipuden

Here's an idea, "What if Obito intervened and killed Hanzo?" It's similar to the "What if Yahiko lived" but with an added bonus of all the Ame orphans living. Sure it might go against Obito's mindset at the time but then again Obito needed to be on Nagato's good side, and what better way then to save his friends from dying. In a scenario like it I could imagine them treating Obito like he's apart of their family afterward, and maybe he'll reminisce about his days in team Minato and have a change of heart with him still being young.

What if Hiashi was intended to Die after saving hinata from kidnapping and Hizashi becomes the Leader
What if Hinata was Branded by the Curse Seal bird Cage
What if Obito never existed
What if edo tensei Kakuzu found Hidan's body in Nara clan Forest and rebuild him
What if naruto was adopted by the inuzuka and kiba became his brother
What if Jiraiya stayed with the Ame orphans or brought them back to the Leaf
Or what if the rain village orphans move to konoha. Yahiko would be a great sensei to naruto, sakura and sasuke, instead of kakashi and konan would be a medical nin and nagato will be working at anbu
I heard a multiple stories where Naruto made his own village once several times where he lost Specific people or just left the village entirely by having enough of the hatred upon his young self. So having a similar path for madra actually makes a bit more sense if his clan believed him about a senju ruled konaha, eventually pushing theat her away through overtime in a unrest will be prevented but sadly, we'll undo by separating from the senju once again and they would actually funny enough follow the same path as the Uzumaki Clan 🤔

Hey Amagi I got a what if idea. What if kaguya was reborn, like being the daughter of kushina and minato, cause I want to see a scenario how black zetsu will handle the situation because he can't revive kaguya since she's been reborn.
But I was wondering, will kaguya still have the rinne sharingan or not since she doesn't have the ten tails.
It would a interesting story about a goddess who wants chakra all to herself have a second chance.

That's a good what if idea but wouldn't also the villagers and shinobi sense this presence of her massive chakra reserves.
I can also see black zetsu try to get her trust as a friend.
The kaguya reborn what if sounds interesting but I would change is naruto is born as a girl and the title would be what if naruto(female) was the reincarnation of kaguya. I can imagine obito after killing the anbu he will Sense this massive chakra and want to know who else is there with kushina and minato, but black zetsu knows who's chakra is and make a excuse to tell obito to not risk because he would die. But in reality zetsu will change his plan, instead making madara the ten tails jinchuriki, he should do it on naruto because she has kaguyas soul within her.

No.4 Has been censored or removed through out asia, street names where censored the number 4 and even in elevators and floors because of it. Hence why 4th hokage is represents bad luck

Don't you mean what if Naruto and Sasuke traded places in the timeline because if you do mean orchimaru and sasuke traded places in the timeline Sasuke would probably be part of the 3 legendary sanin and orchimaru part of team 7 so how would Sasuke train under jiraiya and Naruto train under orchimaru because Sasuke would be in the same team as jiraiya and Naruto would be in the same team as orchimaru
