I had forgotten how good the Taggart series was.Thank you for letting me see this again.Its a lot of years ago since I last saw it. Its better than any of the others similar. xx
Great series and thanks for putting it up, Scottish TV crime shows have all been good and probably owe a lot to Taggart, they always seem to have good actors who can do believable deadpan
The stress these officers have to deal with is just too much! It was a good episode though...wish it had been longer with some poetic justice added at the end!
The show is still great---but I hate the change to the theme music. The original was a classic, and I associated it with Mark McManus, who played "Taggart", until he died, during filming. RIP, Mark McManus, one of the greats. (PS----Alex Norton, Blythe Duff, and all of the later series cast do a fine job-----but does anyone know where I can find more of the earlier series, with Mark McManus?)
My ancestors went to Scotland to help fight the English, centuries ago yes, but my family tho Irish origin, still have a kinship with Scotland. Even our name, became Macabee for awhile. Kissing cousins lol? So I knew I'd like this show. Thanks for the upload-McCabe, USA and the world❤

Why the hell did they change the theme tune for taggart 😕, the original 1 suited it and it was a good tune to listen to too . The new theme tune is shit !
The opening scenes of this episode were grotesque. It's very sad that the series, in its dying throes, had to resort to torture porn to maintain the ratings.
Carl here just letting you guys know I would rather whatch taggert than Anny of the modern films out today the story ls brilliant the aktin is brilliant and so is the show definitely needs a come back it's to to be left on the fogten shelf

It was better when the stories were 1.5 hours. The later shorter ones, were too rushed.
