    Logitech G13 has, by far, been my favorite for over a decade. Really disappointed they no longer make it especially since one of my keys is getting a bit sticky. Looking at the Azeron now but it is a bit pricey and seems too cobbled together. I'll wait to see if they come out with a solid product at a better price point. meanwhile, I guess I'll keep dealing with the sticky key. Thanks for the video!

      I have owned about 4 Azeron Cyborgs to date and ordered my last one as recently as 3 weeks ago. While I LOVE the setup and the customization, the CHEAP plastic parts and CONSTANT adjustment of the screws, RUINED the experince for me. EVERY single one I have owned, has BROKEN because of CHEAP plastic parts. The Logitech G13 was the BEST one handed keyapd that was EVER developed. I don't know why Logitech stopped making them.

    So as someone who has used the Tarturus v2 here my opinion if Synapse wasent so damn glitchy aka disconnecting you mid game play or a key getting virtually stuck to the point you have to reset your pc to fix it then it would be my number one for comfort and easy key programming. Synapse is the problem not the keypad. Im trying out the red dragon i just dont like the flatness of it or lack of programming. (Still new to it so opinion could change.) i want to try the Azeron i just cant justify the price

      Wait until you get to about the year mark, and have a d-pad switch fault out. I had no idea how prevalent of an issue that was for the Tartarus v2 until mine died last night. Looking through the Razer forums, this has been a known issue for more than 6 years, without ever being addressed...

  • @nndn-wc6ko

    the Razer products have two problems: 1. they're too light of a device, so they don't stay put in position, 2. the dpad is horrible and nearly unusable. the keyboard ones don't have a thumb joystick/dpad and at least one of them is not configurable, so ... ok boomer? the Azeron is really the best design, but the switches are flimsy and break easy - bewarned! the G13 is the classic. it still required replacement pretty often, but that wasn't too big a deal with they were sub $40, but those days are gone due to them being discontinued. it's wild no gaming company can solve this problem reliably. there's a gold mine waiting to be tapped

  • @Tyraendiel

    Not enough buttons on the tartarus (or any other with a thumbstick)? Do you realize, if you keybind the thumbstick to shift, ctrl, alt, and one of youre choice, then you have 4x times more buttons, making it enough for mmo-s too. Binding the thumbstick to w a s d is just waisting the opportunities. Only for fps? Hell no.

    • @returnofthemac416
      @returnofthemac416 Před 9 měsíci +1

      That defeats the purpose of using a keypad altogether. The benefit of a keypad is that you can move by only using your thumb; so you can use all of your abilities while moving, without a pause.
      Also you bind the joystick to the arrow keys, not WASD.
      For MMOs I recommend rebinding the control, shift and tab keys to regular key inputs, and then bind modifiers, tab, and space to your MMO mouse, that way you have 19-20 keys at your finger tips (depending on modal), plus modifiers. I’m using the orbweaver which has 20 buttons so in total I could have 80 keybinds. The mouse I’m using is a Logitech g600 mmo mouse and I can the top row of bottoms bound to control, shift, and alt and the second row bound to tab, space, and *
