Yea I always thought it was a weird name. Similar to how lived is devil backwards and morning and mourning. In certain cultures they don’t say good morning because of what they feel the true meaning is.

I really enjoyed this one of gym and fridge. Ziggy was speaking facts when he said you can have super big biceps or a super big body but if your heart muscles isn't strong then all those big muscles don't mean anything. That's why cardio is really important🏃♂️
