I’m not them, but I’d say you need the 5 crucial components. Honesty: don’t ever lie. Always be honest and upfront with each other, Even if you feel like they will disagree always be honest on how you feel, what you think, etc. Communication: communication is crucial and the number one in EVERY relationship regardless of what you are to someone else. Always communicate. Whether it’s how you feel, what you believe, what you think, or if you just need to rant or if you just want to say I love you always communicate. Respect: Respect is a two way street, always be sure you respect each other. Even if you disagree or hate them sometimes, always respect them. And be sure they respect you. Trust: trust them unless they give you a reason not to. That’s also where communication comes in. If you don’t trust them, or they don’t trust you it can put a strain on the relationship and you just won’t be trusting one another and always find one suspicious and that’s not healthy. Listen: listen to each other!!! As important as it is to communicate and talk to each other it is just as important to listen! Don’t talk over each other, don’t dismiss what they have to say, don’t ignore them, listen. Even if you don’t like what they say, how they say it, whatever still listen. Respect comes into play here.
