Enabling your people to engage with sustainability

The last recording in this series covers people-related considerations and draws on ACCA’s own journey to be more sustainable and communicate our progress. Sharon Machado, head of sustainable business at ACCA is joined by our executive director - strategy and governance, Maggie McGhee, and Dale Burridge, director of global business services. The group discuss four key areas:
1. Awareness amongst our people to be more sustainable and report
2. The organisation changes needed to make our people best placed to deliver
3. The skills needed especially from professional accountants, and how we access them
4. How to manage our external stakeholders who are central to providing the information for sustainability reporting as well as using it.
