I hope you guys enjoy this video! After editing this video, I've thought of some ways that could of helped us maybe land more fish. I talked to other anglers and it seemed it was a quick morning bite then slowly died off for most people. Slow catches here and there but they didn't help upgrade the bag. Five years ago or so my buddy and I were prefishing for a Greenhorn Sunday event on Green Lake. We were in the southern most bay fishing slop with frogs, swim jigs, and texas rigs and my buddy calls for the net and to my surprise he catches a nice smallie in the slop. I couldn’t believe it. Never knew this lake had smallmouth and what was that fish doing in the slop?
