My great-grandfather came here during WWI. Worked as a military police officer during first Great War and did and supervised basic mechanics on P-51's during the second. He came from Bucharest with barely anything and ended up having 12 children with my great-grandma. Our family is huge during reunions and we all always thank ole' grandpa Pete' for us being here.

My bro wants to go in Spring 2021. Im sorta excited.
I recommend him to go on the 'Calea Victoriei' when's night because there'll be light from the cars and the shops and it's just incredible beautiful.
Also check the old center, the cec palace aaand.. if you want the nyc kind of vibe, visit 'Pipera' (this is a zone where all the big corporations have their buildings just like in nyc)
