With brown sugar tea boba you are supposed to mix it (before you put the straw in) because it mixes the sugar with the tea. That extra brown sugar parts aren't mixed in with the tea, it's mixed with the tapioca and is put at the bottom. So you have to shake it

There is one place which I forgot what it was called but they had this passion fruit tea with passion fruit popping pearls and passion fruit bits. And pineapple bits/jelly
