Oh my I'm in love with this canadian team. There're so many likeable players and they share such a fantastic team-spirit. We will see who compete for gold but this year at least we will see some wonderful teams: USA, France, Canada, Australia, Germany are my "must see teams".
+ Serbia , Spain , Greece .......... Brazil a bit behind , but still will put up a fight.

Team canada has almost nba player in the roster. but the problem is. sga and murray is the only superstar level on thier roster. and barret is only the allstar level. the rest are nba role players only.. i think fiba should make a rule that usa can send 3NBA superstar level player only to balance the competition. . usa is beatable when they are sending allstar level and nba role players only, like what did to worldcup last year. . not loaded with superstars like now. . its overpowered by usa. european teams has jokic, gannis and luka as superstar level nba player Combined. the rest are nba role players only. .

A team of Curry, Antman, Tatum would still win. A team of big 4 being Antman, Tatum, Davis, and Bam would still win.

don`t get too cocky, only exhibitions, teams will tighten rotations and bring their A games. Two of Serbias best players didn`t play against USA and Canada played horribly against USA and didn`t play their top 8 players as many minutes. But yes USA should win gold, but not as easy as you may think.

@@whiteyjr1466 I think USA will only be playing Greece and France in pool play but it shouldn't really make a difference. If France keeps it close they could close out with Wemby, but they all could be getting blown out as well. Greece I don't see fighting USA as well. Giannis might have a triple double but it wouldn't really make much of a difference because the USA in many sports, not just basketball, have too overpowered rosters. From basketball and swimming, to gymnastics and running, the USA has a LOT of really highly ranked talents coming back for redemption.

These teams just don’t have enough firepower to keep up with the US when push comes to shove. If France takes out Wemby or Gobert the USA will punish them. If France leaves both them on the floor the US will reign threes all day. They can play them very close but the difference is the bench players, and when that chemistry, and KD finally come through then it’s pretty much a done deal for the world lol
even Gobert and Wemby are on the floor the US can punish them. The current Wemby build can't guard Embiid on the post, even Gobert can't.

I think Canada and Serbia have a great shot at silver. France is definitley coming out of B, but I don't see them beating Canada nor the U.S. I'm not entirely sure France will beat Greece either. Could be quite a good year for U.S and Canada.

the problem of canada is the usa had 8-10 man a nba superstar level. canada has 2 nba superstar level murray and sga, others is nba allstar level only..

Yes USA should win gold but noticing lot of cocky americans. This is only exhibition and trying different things and spreading minutes.Even Serbia sat out 2 of their best players against americans.

I think France players are a little too overhyped also. Wembanyama is incredible and will be lot better, Coulibaly will be decent but lot of these guys aren`t going to be as good as people think. I believe though the youngster Traore is going to be a future star and the point guard they desperately need for the senior team in the near future.
