Still a great Song! Was a hit 30 years ago and it’s still a hit song now! If it came out today it would go to the top of the charts again! It’s just a very clever tale about loneliness and putting a message in a bottle and getting messages back and being stranded on a deserted island! Brilliant song everyone can relate to! Who can’t relate to loneliness? And trying to get rescued? Everyone can!

Sting always has great musicians. I never liked his solo stuff but I am getting older.
The Police were my all-time favorite band in HS/college. Saw them at the Uni-Dome in Cedar Falls, IA back in the early 80s.
