I love how it never occurs to these people that they could just simply refrain from making these videos and nobody would ever know how much they ate. It's like they genuinely don't understand that their own actions led to this.

Itâs a lot of food but I have a family of 6 and we arenât big but that wouldnât even be close to feed us all. (Itâs worth stating 2 of my family are teenage boys and VERY tall)
I was gonna comment this. Today i was eating at a restaurant with my family 6 womans, we all eat and still let food on the table and the portion was the size of this girl dinner probably
That all looks like great food but that's an extremely large portion for just herself
My family of 4 will usually share 2 mains and 1 portion of rice and still have plenty of leftovers when getting takeaways. She just poured one whole thing of rice and curry in a huge serving platter and called it a day. Probably had dessert too. đș
Sometimes I wish I could let go like this, but then I quickly realize the consequences and just continue to wait for my weekly cheat evening lol.

I didn't want to make myself poorly by going out in the cold! STUPID incorrect old wives tale. A rediculous excuse to eat crappy food. I've never seen anyone eat a whole tray of curry either most people share don't they? I understand being ill and not feeling well enough to cook or care, but saying going out in the cold will make you ill is idiotic.
Itâs not completely false . In the winter people get sick more often because the low temperatures can increase the likelihood of someone getting sick since viruses can spread more easily in cold weather, and the immune system is weaker in the winter since breathing in cold air during the winter months can affect the cilia in your nose and throat that catch the pathogens in the mucus, by making them less efficient. So essentially the cold doesnât make someone sick, but it increases the likelihood of them getting sick

They talked about this on my 600lb life when laying all the food out. These people eat diets that are basically brown/white. Either flour/refined carb based food or stuff coated in breading. The only color comes from candy, chips, or frosting, and maybe a jalapeno popper for some greens.

On some condition, ordering takeaway twice is not a problem. However, the portion and the type of food/meal ordered is the main thing.

I dont think she ever wants to cook. I canât eat fast food as I get sick if eat it. And if I could I wouldnât, she will be crying in two years if she has a heart attack or a stroke. Love cooking and I canât even overeat due to a bowel condition I have. I am glad I canât
I hate cooking but even I feel the need to boil a couple of corn cobs up every few days just to get some variety in my diet.
i stopped eating junk food about a few days ago and personally i dont miss them and started to cook a lot healthy stuff
