    If you guys aren’t doing these workouts and you’re just here to visit Billy let me tell you. I was the heaviest I have ever been three months ago. I paid a little more attention what I ate but nothing dramatic and I started the workouts on this channel. I posted a before and after picture on social media and people were blown away. I have abs now. If my 48 year old, injury prone behind can do it then you can too.

    so good. For Tae Bo to not be as available as Zumba is one of the great fitness tragedies. It should be everywhere.

    May God bless you also you are just wonderful to all of us My son and I spent years together doing tybo on our DVD you are so filled with the holy Spirit we all love you My son was just recently in a severe car accident and totaled his truck and broke his back but he's been fighting back I am a widow now and 73 and don't do much but I love watching your videos it reminds me when I was young and used to fight back Little by little I'm going to try to do a little bit each time God bless you and that was a wonderful video outside looking and breathing the fresh air God bless you and your family 🙏❤️♥️

I tell all my clients and my friends that everyday above ground, regardless of what you may be going through, is a BLESSED DAY. Sometimes God sends challenges our way for reasons of his own, but it's all about rebounding and showing that you have the strength to overcome any obstacle. Sending healing and prayers your way.     Hey Billy - This 15 minute workout is excellent for many of us who want to get in a short workout early in the morning and burn those calories fast!! Really like the outdoor workouts too!! Keep it up!! So Cool!!

    I love Billy's videos! Here's a couple tips that popped in my brain this morning watching this video for the first time. Pick one of the folks to follow as Billy periodically breaks out of the routine to adjust participant forms. He is serious about the cardio aspect and the routine will pick up and go fast! If you miss a move or get discombobulated trying to follow, slow down the playback to 3/4 or 1/2 speed. Half speed still goes at a reasonable clip which shows you how fast they are going. Slow it down so you can follow the movements without missing a beat then as you are more comfortable, speed up to 3/4 then full speed. The more you do it, the easier it is to keep up, be in correct form and perform the combo moves. As they say, practice makes perfect.
    I started following Billy on his DVDs long ago. DVD player bit the dust and that was that. I'd been going to the gym on a haphazard basis, just weights and treadmill, then some HIIT for awhile, then I found TaeBo and Billy again on this platform. I'm no longer a gym rat in my 30's when I did aerobics 6 days/week followed by weights or Nautilus [in the 1980's]. Those days are long gone, but about a year ago or so I got serious again and have been doing various TaeBo videos in my retirement. I've eased into it and am having great success with slowly losing 20 lbs and have about 20 more to go. You have to go slow especially when you are older [71] so the loss "sticks" and you don't look like a CharPei. After his workout, then I do weights here at home and a few other things [i.e. planks]. I tell everyone about him because they are so surprised at the changes I've made. BTW, when you lose weight and build muscle, your clothes are much looser of course, but you also find that the sleeves are longer and your pants/sweats/jeans are also longer!! I'd never considered that aspect. :)

    By working sir Billy's taebo for a few months it trully works my strength and cardio, and even knee pans were gone,me turning 48 nxt month(august). doing great and feel great,,. tnx a lot for uploading comtinuosly!🤗..
