Its just a big shame you don't learn what stems are in comparison to Tracks. All you done here is make "TRACKS" not stems. Oh, you think the term stem means tracks! WRONG. GO BACK TO SCHOOL.

actually and respectfully, you are wrong here, Sir.
He actually made stems if you saw the entire video till the end. He started with tracks in Logic but the exports/bounces which were eventually reimported into Ableton are actually stems and not tracks.
So, whilst you were hasty to educate him, you also didn't pay attention to what he was doing. He is not wrong nor needs TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL. He is a consummate professional and is in full control of what he is doing from a perspective of solid education.
He actually made well produced stems as the end function and to clarify your theory (in case someone else is wondering what the banter is about)... Stems are mix downs of instrument groups including all the processing.... tracks or multitracks are just individual audio files that are mostly unprocessed.
In this use-case and as is with most gospel use-cases (in Ableton live mostly), he actually created stems NOT TRACKS according to your claim, again, if you watched till the end.
Just thought to also add that perspective.
