Matt met up with Bill Motley and James Brady from NKF last week for a quick conversation on the top floor of 601 Congress Street in Seaport overlooking the harbor. Jim, Bill, Debra Gould, and Jason Cameron from NKF are representing John Hancock in the leasing of this iconic Seaport building.

The building was the first LEED Platinum building in the city and offers the largest block of contiguous space at 485,000 s.f.
