Did 8.2L/100km so not it's very good considering how big this truck is and how small that engine is...
I can do 13kpl sitting at 1500rpm in 8th gear while driving between 100-110kph. That's around 29mpg at 60-70mph. Pretty ok for a 3 ton truck larger than a 10th gen F150 powered by a Clorox bottle. It's pretty effortless too with that 10 speed gearbox and massive track width. It'll stay pretty comfortable and stable until about 130kph, and it'll still do it at 1500rpm in 10th gear.
The guy in the video is doing 140kph (88mph) so 2000rpm in 10th gear sounds about right.

The regular raptor you talk about is a full size US standard pickup truck. It's heavier and bulkier. plus it has powered. The ranger raptor is a compact european standard pickup complying with euro emission standards and competes with other compacts pickups like the Navara, the hilux and the L200. It's a whole other story and the wildest in it's category
That’s the F-150 Raptor. This is the Ranger Raptor which is smaller and has a 4 cylinder 2.0 Bi-Turbo engine.

Es gibt nur einen Raptor, und das ist der Ford RAPTOR. Der Ranger Raptor (EU Version) ist hoffnungslos untermotorisiert, möglich wäre der Ranger allerdings wie in den USA mit EcoBoost Motor. Der Durchzug ist wesentlich besser, ein Diesel macht hier keinen Sinn. Trotzdem nettes Video.

Not top, but it’s limited to 177 kmh. This raptor could do 230-250 with an ECU remap.

@@markusjust9822 Die Anzahl der Gänge sagt halt wenig aus. Das Übersetzungsverhältnis schon. 7-8 Gänge sind mehr als ausreichend mit einem sinnvollen Übersetzungsverhältnis.

Damn, shame it's so slow. I mean, ofc it's a truck, but compared to American models... Ram 1500 does 0-100 in sth like 6.5s and that's a regular car in the US... It takes 10s for this thing... With luggage and passengers it's barely usable on longer journeys, no way You'll overtake anything. Why don't we get cool trucks in Europe..? Yeah, I know why, it's just sad...

@@jiggooloco408 You didn't get my point. I'm not only comparing 2L R4 Diesel with 5.7L V8 gas because that's obvious. But on the other hand, what should I compare the Ram to, if we don't have anything more than that in here? I'm comparing a car available in Europe to a car available in the US. The thing is, we don't have any V8 gas truck in Europe so I can't compare same engines. That's my point and the whole sense of what I wrote. I'm just sad we don't have such cars in here and we're stuck with shitty 2L diesels slow af. Regular US truck is much faster and more capable than regular European one and that's the only thing I wrote about.

Normally Diesel Engines are Slow compared to a Petrol... Even if you put a Biturbo on it. But on a practical side of things especially in Asian Countries it ia a lot cheaper to run that is why it is a good and practical choice.
