No joke... The first time I forgot to take the treasure then I had to repeat the whole Parkour and skeleton fights again. Then I made it nearly to the end and I got disconnected. I rejoined but landed at a random Outpost. Later I have to do the whole thing again. 😤 Edit: (2 hours later) I repeated it the third time and finally got the hull. Thanks for the video.

U r getting the hull free since its not unlockeable in the shop like the cannons or so ull also get the sail free after doing the tall tale "seabound soul" 3 times

Sadly my game is glitched I’ve done the heart of fire 15+ times and still haven’t gotten the ashen hull and yet rare won’t fix it because “it can take up to 72 hours for commidations to show as complete”
That is all in Ashen Chests. Sadly making a video of that would be extremely difficult as every Ashen Chest spawns different books inside if any at all.

It took me months to get all the Ashen books at random. I'm afraid all you can do is just play the game, and eventually you will come across Ashen guardians & key masters.
I was doing this quest and I think I took too long but at a part that you had to raise the anchor in fire I did it and nothing happened its suppose to raise the door open then I died to go back to ship and it ends up I’m trapped in that room because both doors are shut on me now can’t even go back to my ship if I die

This tall tale only gets you the hull. You need to complete the Seabound soul completely three times and get all journals for the sails. (Which I've made a video with the journal locations). The rest of the stuff you need to find the correct tomes in Ashen chests

You're screwed. One time I was playing with someone who jumped over the waterfall towards the end and he decided to drop the chest mid jump, and essentially the chest got stuck in mid air. We were unable to complete the quest and ended up just quitting. Sadly theres nothing you can do.
@@Cl0udedRed I raged quit too, we spent like 30 minutes when it happened. I stopped playing with that guy too because he dropped it. I've helped like 16 people get the Ashen Curse and he was the first person to drop the chest and get it stuck in a waterfall lol
Not sure if you’ve done it already but you need to go through all of the doors to get the ashen tattoo. So basically you have to repeat it three times which might take a while
I think my whole game glitched, me and my friend completed the mission but he got stuck in the cave, so only i saw the animation at the end i couldnt enter the cave anymore. My friend restarted the game and at the outpost i couldnt equip anything. Backt in the tavern the quest was still there and now we need to do it again, is this normal?
I've completed the quest before while my friend waited inside the cave while 2 other people were completing the quest. I finished the quest and he got the 8k in the cave. As long as you got the 8k that means you completed it and should have the sails. The reason your friend still had it going is because he reached a tall tale "check point" which is new to the game.
On the way to your ship when you spawn, normally on the dock there are two women, one will give you merchant Alliance voyages, the other one let's you buy customization for your ship, next to the customization lady there should be a small chest like 3 feet from her that you can open and put ship customizations on
I've heard other people say the same thing but then it appeared in their cosmetic chest. You had the tall tale active, sold the chest, waited to receive the 8k from completing before logging off?
About 40 minutes for me. I took out the 10 minutes of sailing to each island. This video is about 20 minutes long. So yeah about 40 minutes if you go fast.

You get the sails doing the Seabound Soul 3 times and getting all commendations for it. You get the cannons by finding all the tomes of resurrection in Ashen Chests

@@leanderpereira5257 Hey m8, its been a while since Ive played but I am 90% sure you have to go through all three doors. Its a pretty tedious task for you have to complete the tall tale multiple times and go through all the doors. You also need to go to different islands and find journals im pretty sure. Hope this helps.

I have the bilge rat sword in this video, if you want a glowing blue sword, you need to complete the Sea bound soul tall tale, if you want the glowing red sword, you need to collect the correct tome from ashen chests

Why is my hull red and yellow instead of black like yours?
Sometimes the game changes the way it looks, sometimes its darker sometimes it glows a lot, it's a bug in the game. Also try different boat sizes

Sometimes items don't spawn temporarily, you may want to leave a message on sea of thieves website if it continues.
