@@skinnylegsbarefootshoes that run was brutal but really good fun. So good to have a chat and experience the trails with someone else there. I had to rescue his shoe out of a bog at one point 😂

Look forward to your review of them in the wild. I bought some Freet hiking boots but they were too big around the midfoot as I have skinny feet; couldn’t cinch them in snug enough. I will be interested to see how the Feldom fit you.
Hi Anni thanks, yes I’m really interested on how they are going to fit out on the trails, especially as I have skinny feet and prefer a nice secure fit and lockdown for running in. I’ll see how I get on and give regular updates on them 😊👍
Those lugs look interesting, I wonder how they do on slippery rock?
Hi yes wondering myself how they’ll perform on different surfaces, be interesting testing them out for sure 👍
BTW the Freet Calver is shorter than the the Freet Feldom if you intend to buy them. About 4-5 mm shorter actually.
I think the Calver would fit me well in a 43 then - Thanks for the information 👍 I wish manufacturers were more consistent with their sizing
How does the sole grip stickiness compare to Vibram sole (zegama)??
Hi the grip on the Feldom is very good - especially on dry trails, rocks and alike. It’s also excellent in mud too. I need to take it out more on wet rocky trails to report back on that. I’ve not tried the Vibram zegama soles so can’t compare it to those, but the grip on these Freet are as good in the dry, and better in mud, than the Vibram V-Run sole and V-Alpha Megagrip sole 👍

Hello Skinny. Can you please include your foot length in cm, how much space you have left when the shoe is on and your foot shape?
Hi Martin, my foot length is around 27.3cm these are a size 43 and the space at the end of the toe box is probably just over a cm maybe 1.2 or 1.3 cm approximately. Going to see if I can get a 42 to try as I like my shoes to fit closely

@@szymonsuchorzewski68 No definitely 27.3 cm, but I have skinny feet. I’ve swapped them for the 42 and they feet my foot all over more comfortably, as I can get a better lock down around the mid foot too 👍
That’s weird my feet are 26.4 after an effort and they recommand me 43 for the feldom. But I want the vibe that I will try in 43 and 44. Maybe I should try 42 idk…
