I don’t think people would ever understand unless you win it sure it probably good at first but then what you start to realise your friends start to use you and family not everyone is happy with aload of money.

Can't understand why people who win lotto just aren't that happy! Maybe it because life is just too easy for them, so they become bored and used to getting what they want, nothing is a challenge.

If i had won a large amount at 17, I would listen to my family how to put the money into good use
If wouldn’t make you happy but at this age she would be better living a normal life investing it and pulling it out when she is ready to invest in a business or buy a home you don’t have to give up on life because you get some money
