Introduction
The MKSensation Xtreme is a continuation of our famous MKSensation plugin library. At it’s core it represents the highest quality and the most accurate sampled representation of the classic MKS-20 piano module. You see, coming from a gospel musicians background this MKS sound is a staple of the gospel sound and has been featured in some of the top gospel albums throughout the years. For years you would see gospel musician’s rack filled with the MKS-20 module and a ton of other vintage racks such as the JV-Series, Motifs, and other auxiliary brass, strings, and bell sounds. This would create a complex and massive MIDI setup of the thickest stacked sounds imaginable with the ability to control the levels of each on the fly for a very fluid and dynamic concert experience with minimal sound switching, because the layers can be easily controlled with one or two controllers. So what we did was recreate this entire experience in one plugin to replace decades of modules.

Hey Jamal thanks for your genius works God bless. I purchased the iOS version but the Bluetooth midi function doesn’t work it crashes the program not sure if it’s a bug.

I wish I had found this app before I purchase all those Korg apps and in app purchases. It's ridiculous Korg wants to charge extra to do layers, your apps get the job done.

When I try to learn the 2nd slider to my 2nd slider on my nanoKontrol 2. it always map it to the mod wheel of my keyboard and sider 2 of my nano... I still haven't figured a work around for that.

will the app work on iPad mini 5?
I love this app but I wish you’d give us IPad guys with the additional space and processing power the ability to have this app fully blown out with the b side musical content as the desktop version. Also when using it in Auv3 form it won’t read my auv3 plugins. Other than that I have zero complaints this app is better than a Yamaha Montage to me. 💯🙏🏾
Hello, my iPad sometimes syncs with various keyboards such as Yamaha Motif and Roland stage piano…why does it do that? Is there an order to get the iPad to see the other midi information?
I noticed that the version used in this video is 2.0.1 is that the updated version? I have a windows machine so the version numbers might differ slightly. For me, plugin loader is completely useless, and is one of the main reasons why I upgraded. I don't have the same level of control over plugins that I have with the internal sounds. With internal sounds I can split and layer, I have control over velocity curve and so on an so forth. Once I load a plugin everything is grayed out. I can't even restrict the zone. I don't know if this is a bug or normal behavior. This video doesn't go into any of that. I haven't touched the plugin since I upgraded and played around with the internal sounds. As good as the internal sounds are, I would like to be able to to use my other sounds as well. I noticed that when falcon was loaded all the options in the sound section wasn't grayed out so maybe this is a version that addresses some of my issues. If so, I look forward to the update becoming available.

I didn’t dive much into it myself so it might be a simple question. Once I ‘learn’ my faders to a specific patch, play my set, clean up. Go home….will that patch still be saved to those faders when the same midi controller is plugged in the next time? Or is this just a function I need to setup every time?
Yes, and you can assign faders Globally so they apply to all patches.
iOS Version: When I load external plugin and, for example choose a Rhodes, it does not remember the sound and loads the init patch next time. Any solution?
Hey Jamal, brother this is an awesome plug-in for my iPad!! I just have one question that I hope you can help me figure out. I use a studiologic midi controller, and every time I hit my sustain pedal, it changes sounds, or should I say go to the next sound in line. Has anyone ran into this issue, or is there a fix for this?

Go to the Settings menu in the Settings Tab and CLEAR Program Change and change the Program Change to OFF.
MKS Piano 1B is not working on my iOS...what could be the issue/problem?

Looking to use this method to load some logic sound library stuff through the MKS Extreme interface (desktop version) just not sure how to identify the logic library stuff in the plugin loader
Logic Plugins are not standard AU and Logic won’t allow third plugins to be hosted in anything else but Logic and MainStage.

Jamal, I love this product but am having some issues with the plug-in loader on ipad. I can load mksensation sounds 1-8 and save as a user preset and everything saves perfectly. But if I use plugin loader for any sounds 1-8, I can load the sound initially but if I switch to another sound and come back to the plug-in loader sound it switches to the initial sound patch of that plug-in. Even on GM Pure synth platinum. Is this a limitation of your product or is there a step I’m missing so that the user preset will recall the actual plug-in loader sounds saved to sounds 1-8?

I am trying to connect to Roland Juno DS 88. The iPad and Mksensation connects and reads the Juno, but the audio only comes out on the IPad Speakers and not the Roland and the speakers I have connected to it. It is not reading my board for the audio output. Any help? Thanks so much!

Not sure if it was mentioned on your website, but is the desktop version native to the M1 apple silicon already? Or it doesn't work with the M1 processor or works thru rosetta 2?

Not making excuses but I know that sometimes it takes him a little while to get back to me when I have a question. He has always been super helpful. I say we give it some time or contact him on his website.

I understand how to load a plug-in into MK sensation, but the plug-in sound is lost if you click off the number pad that it resides on. This is not ideal for live use. How can you save the plug-in sound without losing it if you need to turn it on and off in a live situation?
Use the Mute and solo buttons instead of turning it off and on.

And what, in particular, sounds are you referring to specifically? We haven't heard any sounds the Nord can make that our apps can't.
I get it, you use apple, but what I don't get is you sell on both platform, get somebody with a windows cpu to make a video, and yes I know this is an apple ipad, it's still the principal!
What is the difference? The interface on Windows, iPad, and Mac are all the same.....The UI on Mac and Windows are identical, so why does it matter?

@@GospelMusicians it is the same, but the issue was for me I didn’t know there was an extra step. I pointed the file to my plugins folder and it worked.
