I've got one over on you, Coach...thanks to knuckle pushups and starting karate at age 9, I can hit the heavy bag or even a cement wall or tree- with bare hands and not get a scratch. 30 years of no hand wraps and only one minor sprain that happened when I was drunk

@@HulkVahkiin Complete bull all 😙 Why so many Muay thais sukk in punching then? With that MT front foot tip stance you cant propperly turn and lean into punches. They key is to step more on toe tip within distance and use nearly the whole feet when you are infight. As there are no knees in Boxing you take another stance. maybe the boxer wont make it in MT fight but opposite its often the same.

I find it really strange that there's so many people in the comments that don't do this... I was taught to never be over my front foot, ever (except after a slip or setting up a lead hook etc). Somewhere between 70% weight on my back foot to 50:50 and that's it.

A very good and instructive video coach. However, I want to ask one thing. As a kickboxer, I tend to rotate with both of my feet. I slightly rotate my leading foot as rear one. By doing so I believe I got more momentum from legs so power. I realized that you do not rotate your leading foot. Is it because it's different in boxing, or my technique is nonsense?
