I wonder how her voice can still be so high and keep getting better as she ages. My thought is that usually when female singers have a child, their voices will be lowered, but I think because Sohyang doesn't have a child, so it doesn't affect her voice. But it could be wrong. But actually it's not just the range, but the emotions she always pours in every performance is just soulful and beautiful

I recently realized that her vocal range last year actually goes to C6, she touches that note very quickly after the high Bb5 in Arirar Alone! I've always missed it but that's indeed what she does, I checked with a pitch app too. It's incredible that she can still go that high in a full chest voice and the tonality there was divine, what a goddess 🤩🥰💗

It’s likely. But now she’s hardly ever straining, she’s sounding very healthy, and she’s more comfortable hitting higher notes knowing her voice won’t break or strain.
Its funny how the only thing that stayed intact was her Head Voice. Her Belting has decreased so much and she looks like she is trying so hard to be big on her belts and the fact she is mixing above D5's proves she has like almost 0 chest voice left. Its sad cause she was so powerful in the early 2010's
If Sohyang's belting was decreased and still could sustain upto Bb5 with such perfect technique, what's wrong with your favs? Are they born with cursed cords?😂
