The ends always grab color first bc they are so porous. Try doing roots to med length nxt then when you wash just run it thro the ends. It looks great to me

I have just ordered this product and loved watching you video... very informative. I note that you do have some warmer strands through your hair. Do you think the shampoo softened those or had any effect on those at all?
Hi Deborah...thanks for watching im glad you enjoyed it! Yes it did make a difference to the lower tones in my hair but I think the shock of the root colour took away that piece of information! To be fair...once id washed it again after a few days the purple wasnt visible...its such a strong pigment so it can be scary especially on freshly bleached hair!!! I find toning my hair with a toner and developer is far better and last soooo much longer! xxx
Hello, sorry for delay in responding, im working through as quick as I can...I've actually seen a lot of other BOLD UNIQ reviews and pics on Instagram on ladies with 'salt and pepper' hair and it looks FAB! I actually think the less melanin (the grey hair) in the hair shaft the more natural this shampoo would look...go for it!! Let me know how it turns out tho!!;-) xxx
Did you look at Amazon in the reviews ? I didn’t and I should have it turned my hair purple and there are picture’s of 2 people that had the same result as mine !! I tried getting it out without resorting to drastic measures I got some of it out but not all of it I should have looked at the reviews but it’s purple shampoo I use it all the time so I guess it’s my own fault. 😤
Hey! Sorry for delay in responding...I think i left the shampoo in for about ten minutes as I could see it was turning my hair purple and panicked!! I use Knight Wilson Conditioner its the best for damaged hair and i went back in with a shampoo because i wanted to get rid of the purple hue! Hope this helps hun...xxx
Lol any purple shampoo will turn your hair purple if left in too long i use this and i like it personally and it takes a couple washes to get the purple out if thag it could get taken out with one good wash **i have curly thick hair

Yes I TOTALLY agree, it really did grab my hair, almost as if it was a dye not a shampoo...its far too strong for very porous hair I would say but probably better on warmer blondes x

I did it turned my hair purple and a few other people too and it was blotchy purple it was ugly and very hard to get out !!!

Yes same here!!! Its far too strong a pigment for very bleached and therefore porous hair!! They should have a warning!!!😳
I actually love the lilac color on my grey hair. It subsides after a few washes a then it looks a beautiful silver!
