In 2020 she posted a lemon ricotta cake recipe that was 400 grams of ricotta and 400 grams of brown sugar. I assume it's same for this? Only difference between the recipes is the addition of the almonds and almond flour to this one. (You can google her 2020 recipe)
Her 2020 recipe is a video with listed ingredients. It's for lemon ricotta cake when you search it. It is different than this ITALIAN lemon ricotta cake. It omits the almonds and almond flour. I'm using it just to get the amounts of the ricotta and brown sugar which is 400 grams each.
@tti3360 no one's arguing that. Ppl just wanted the measurements to the ingredients she used which was found in an older video. Just was meant to be helpful so others can properly try out the recipe she shared. Nothing but love for the pasta Queen 👸

Però se quando mette qualcosa in bocca, la tenesse chiusa, sarebbe meglio. Anziché di cominciare a parlare con la bocca piena, proprio appena messo il boccone in bocca. Un vizietto che non riesce a togliersi. E sinceramente per una signora non è che sia proprio il massimo.
It has more vitamins than white sugar and also is sugar in general not as bad as it is shown so often nowadays! Sugar are just short chain carbohydrates (bread, noodles, rice ect. are just long chain) and they are very nutritious and needed for our body - same as protein and fat!! Also all our fruits are full of (fruit)sugar, and our babies grows up with lactose- with is milksugar and this is what mothermilk (and also milk formula) is to 99% made from! There is nothing wrong with any sugar, if you don’t eat it in a too much amount (as nearly everything)!!
