mene psu cange kiya n naya cpu cooler bhi lagaya... kabhi kabhi on hota but jab on nhi hota hai toh cpu 1-2 rotate hoke ohir off hita hai and 4 pin remove karnese fan bhi nhi rotate hota hai... what could be the problem?

Ma na ye 4 connecter bi nekal deya but ni hota on karta hu tu kuch second ma oer bun hotaja ha 4 connecter or bilkul kam ni kar raha

dear there are lots of reasons for this problem
if you can't solve it, then visit professionals
the main reason for this problem
1) ram problem
remove all ram and check
if without ram CPU fan spin continuously them ram is faulty
ram cant be repair so just change it
2) processor problem
processor cant be repair so just change it
3) SMPS problem
remove all SMPS connectors only use 24 pin atx and 4pin or 8pin atx which attached to motherboard and check
if same then remove all SMPS connectors
then in SMPS short green and any black wire together if SMPS fan spin then 5v is ok to check other cable voltages if any voltage drops or missing then SMPS is faulty
if all voltages are ok then still there is a chance that SMPS is faulty because in some cases when you attached SMPS to the motherboard it doesn't work while without connecting to the motherboard it works fine
tips for SMPS repairing:
if SMPS fan is spinning while shorting green and black wire but dropping voltages then most probably its faulty capacitor inside SMPS just change it and work done
if ram - SMPS - processor are ok then its motherboard fault
note:
1) if you have attached any PCI or PCI ex device then remove it first it can also cause this problem
2) some time front panel switch also cause this problem so remove the front panel connection from the motherboard and start the motherboard directly
if nothing work then its motherboard faulty
what can be faulty in the motherboard
first, remove 4pin or 8pin connector from motherboard and check,
if fan spin continue then it's CPU vrm problem
if still the same then diagnose the motherboard step by step
most common reasons for this problem

lan ic
sound ic
