Joan what is the end goal of the walk? What are we supposed to gain from it? It would be better to direct that energy to mental health awareness for that is the root cause of all this issues of people killing each other for the most part. There has also been several cases of men getting killed by their significant others it's just that men's cases get downplayed since women lives are valued more in society since you are the weaker sex and the source of life. Don't mistake me as justifying anything, let's not take gender sides and deal with the main problem otherwise you will be beating a dead horse. A "femicide walk" wont stop people with mental problems and most of all let's not forget it's an evil cold world we live in and as much as there are different cases with different situations your own safety starts with you and always keep God close to you, he is the best protection you can ever get
Absolutely agree with the observation. Regarding femicide discussions, it would be great to see the boys in the pod engage more deeply with Joan's perspective. True support involves addressing the real issues and fostering meaningful dialogue.
