I love the Izotope plugins i got last year, makes mixing/mastering so much easier so i add minimal plugins to edits my tracks, thanks for in-depth demo so i can use them better. Have a great day man!!
Thank you very much for the vide man! Wonderful stuff. I love Izotope plugins, gload I have invested on them. Just two points on my side=> 1- CPU usage is killing me :) Wish they were easier on the CPU. 2- NEUTRON really needs Mid / Side feature to some extend. Because you may need to sort out mid/side processing during mixing. Thank you once again!
In this video I use Tracktion Waveform. I used to use FL Studio primarily but I haven't been using it much lately. Thank you for watching. Glad you enjoy my channel. Keep creating! 👊👍
I would put Neutron in each individual synth because they all likely sound fairly different. You can try it on the bus and see how it works. Thank you for watching. Keep creating! 👊👍
It’s so weird that in 2021 the ozone offers to finish in CD, since it’s super outdated. It’s easier to find actual lossless music now than CDs. Don’t get me wrong, I love it! I just felt it like… I don’t know it just jumped from where everything was in order
One thing that confuses me. Why don't you perform the channels before using the mix assistant? If you have the right sound on every channel with all the compression and reverbs then I guess it would be easier for the mix assistant to find the correct levels. Because when you start with the mix assistant you get the levels, but as soon as you start using the track enhancements after, the levels are not correct. Or am I missing something? I just get the feeling that you need to use the mix assistant once again if you add a lot of stuff after. But, of course, this is just helping out to get a good starting position. But I just wanted to know if I'm getting it wrong here. :-)
The Mix assistant just starts you out with ideal levels to start your mix. But you can try to level match as you add other plugins so you keep the levels relatively the same.
Hey Zane. so I have a problem. so back when you did your Ableton live lite tutorial for beginners, ASIO does not show up for me. I didn't know who else to go to, can you help me out?
If you didn’t install the Asio driver for your audio interface it won’t show up for you. If there isn’t an Asio driver for your audio interface then you can install Asio4all (it’s free) or just leave Ableton Live at the default setting. Asio will give you a bit better latency. If you aren’t planning on recording anything it might not be a big issue for you.
Kudos to you for this video. As much as I love this AI features, Im afraid aspiring Audio engineers might get lazy and let technogy do the work for them. hmmmm, sigh!!!
I think aspiring audio engineers might get bored just using AI. They’ll want to add lots of character to tracks. But for singer songwriters wanting to create music at home and aren’t really aspiring to be an audio engineer but do want to get some decent audio, this will really help them.
No, I don't think so. All he did was give an example of mixing with AI. There are alot of factors that goes into a great mix. You can't run crappy track through this an expect a masterpiece. Your source tracks quality have to be great from the start. Izotope just make the job easier for us. IE using a hammer vs a nail gun to build a house. Over all the nail gun speeds up the process with greater efficiency. However, you still need the hammer to reach areas that a nail gun can't. So it is with using the Izotope plugins or any plugin. Sorry for the long rant.
It’s my band called Silver Rocket Surfers. The song is called 3 Lights In The Sky. I actually haven’t released the song yet. I wanted to include it on an album that I’m working on. Thank you for watching. Keep creating! 👊👍

Fantastic demonstration - I'm sold!
Love you maaan. Exactly what i was looking for❤️
Perfect, as always! Thank you, Zane!
But, if I use these plugins on my potato PC, this will be a slow death of CPU!😂😂😂
The question is why not? Izotope has everything.

You have mid side its called EQ.
@@thegroove2000 I believe Neutron does not have that option in any of its modules unlike Ozone. I'd be both shocked and happy if it has.
Nice man i love your channel btw. Also i thought you use fl studio 20 😂😂 but you are using anthore daw

Ooh, fun idea!
Thank you for watching. It was fun to make this video. Keep creating! 👊👍
This video gave me hope... Hope that I can be able to make some decent sound with the help of Izotope VSts..
Glad you enjoyed the video. Thank you for watching. Keep Creating! 👊👍
Great Video! Just one question: In a song with lots of synth tracks, would you recommend the Neutron Plugin on the synth bus or on each single track?
I would put Neutron in each individual synth because they all likely sound fairly different. You can try it on the bus and see how it works. Thank you for watching. Keep creating! 👊👍

Do you have any favourite mastering plugin? Or what do you use for mastering your songs?

I hope to one day be a great artist thanks 🙋♀️😂
I hope you will be too. Thank you for watching. Keep creating! 👊👍

Damn, is AI just gonna eliminate ALL the audio engineering jobs or what?
I don’t think so. But it is getting pretty good. Thank you for watching. Keep creating! 👊👍
