I have been adjusting my volume via Siri by asking her to increase/decrease volume by 5% or 10%. Works pretty good in quieter environments.
I tried doing that also, but siri said (I can’t do that ). Do you happen to know of a way to up the volume? Apple says it’s a safety feature to protect your hearing. I am 73 years old and been listening to rock and roll for ever and My hearing is just fine. Do you happen to know of any other good cordless ear buds that are compatible to apple but you have control over the volume?
@@willie6185 Yes sir, say the following, hey Siri lower volume 10%. Or hey Siri raise volume 5% have a go at it until you get used to it
The status light is only coming on when connected to a power source. I’ve reset and it still doesn’t work.
Before I purchase this, Can you use just the right pod or do u need both? I never use my left. It doesn’t feel right if that makes sense.
You can use one at a time or both.
I just can’t find the menu!! Nothing works? Also for the aipods 2 does the box and the actual aipod have a diferent serial number?
The Charging case and the AirPods usually have different serial numbers. To be a good teacher for how to: 1. speak slowly 2. When you ask a person to find something pause long enough for them to actually go to the device and FIND the place that you are referring to. Slow and Pause and repeat at least once. You speak and move through your instructions too fast to be useful.
What if I said that you could just pause the video?

The taping my AirPod to stop the vid or music or to skip the song dose not work I don’t know what I’m doing wrong
What gen is it two or first?
There isn't a huge difference, the guide is for both. Biggest difference is the hands free Siri and the faster connection time.
I never get a menu for my airpods to customize. 1:15 is the part of the menu that does not show up.

When u see them on the Bluetooth list what do they say AirPods or something else because real AirPods always have just AirPods

Skoozatz, so when u press that “info” button beside the name, keep the AirPod case open with the AirPods inside and then press it, like don’t take the AirPods out but leave the case open.
Volume is so basic that the lack of this functionality is a decision. Apple wants us to buy their watch.
