সুদের হার কম থাকায় মহামারীর দুই বছরও উন্নয়ন প্রকল্প, আবাসন, কারখানা সম্প্রসারণে গতি ছিল। লকডাউন ছাড়া বাকি সময়টায় রড সিমেন্ট কারখানাগুলোর উৎপাদন, বিক্রি ভালোই বাড়ছিল। ইউক্রেন যুদ্ধ সবকিছু উল্টে দেয়। টানা দ্বিতীয় বছরের মত কমে গেছে নির্মাণ সামগ্রীর ব্যবহার। বিদায়ী অর্থবছরে সংকোচন ত্বরান্বিত হয়েছে। ব্যবসায় বিদ্যমান সব চ্যালেঞ্জের সঙ্গে যোগ।
