My take:
I really appreciate how Zheani speaks out about this kind of subject as a victim of trafficking and abuse myself and it’s something we see so rarely in the music industry, a truly independent artist who goes out of her way to fight against censorship and all the predatory money hungry bullshit in the music industry. Keep doing what you’re doing Zheani we need you!

yeah you shouldn't support them they've done other shitty things too like hate criming a gay musician they were performing at the same festival at and got him banned saying he assaulted yolandi and they beat him up and harassed him on camera, i actually found zheani through the situation with them cause i had a friend who was really into die antwoord and we'd listen to them together, and when i found out i was like yeah i can't support them can i, but lucky for me i got really into zheani instead, her music is experimental but it definitely grows on you. i have her posters all over my room, her merch is basically all i wear lol, so yeah a great trade off if you ask me.

that's funny you would say that because her diss track on die antwoord has less views than her most popular music video, she has 129k subs on youtube, 216k on instagram, 164k monthly listeners on spotify, her most popular song on spotify has over 5 million streams, she has 259 people supporting her art monthly on patreon, she recently bought a music studio with her earnings from music, all without a label and completely independent with no help from any industry shit, and this video from nearly 2 years ago is the last time she has mentioned die antwoord. looks like the real no name here is you... bye.
weird how you call a woman calling out a man in power who abused and raped her just 'trying to get clout'. i'm assuming if you found my video you've looked pretty deeply into the situation and would have seen the overwhelming amount of evidence both zheani and others have to back up the fact that die antwoord are a pair of abusive pieces of shit. they are racist, homophobic, groomers, abusers... i could go on. but please continue to defend them, because you are clearly a piece of shit too so it's fitting you'd be their fan.
