i remember reading recently that chiron in the third house can indicate a sibling or cousin who was extremely sick or disabled and just about choked on my drink - it's scary how accurate charts are sometimes! a cousin around my age had, and passed from, a rare form of cancer when we were both fairly young which was the catalyst to a lot of chaos. down the line, his sister - who calls herself my little sister - was born with a rare disability too. to top it all off, my third house is libra which is her sun sign, was his sun sign and also the sign of his death date

Thank you so much for making this video ! I have been practicing astrology on my own For 2 years and my boyfriend who has never wanted to see his chart just Recently asked if He could see it. He's trying to heal family trauma But they do not want to acknowledge it For him and it breaks my heart I understand everybody has their own journey And they are probably just not ready yet and it's OK too but I hope I can help him find some validation in the stars. I was sexually abused by my cousins and some neighbors, my father was emotionally absent, there was so much violence going on in my household...had to see so much pain in my mother's eyes through out my early years...I was also struggling with my own sexuality since I knew I was homosexual, my mother was also very strict with me and demanded me to be very responsible with school and other things at home. I learnt how to cook and do chores since I was very little...my family struggled with money ....I was kind of an outcast in school...
I came here to see the world from a very different perspective...sun in Libra, capricorn moon..venus in virgo...hughhh this life is really tiring ...but for some strange reason I still have that stamina to battle and fight everyday for my own life.

I was sexually abused many times since I was 5 yo , starved , beaten , humiliated for every reason you can imagine. If you can think of any form of abuse I probably got it. I grew up alone with barely any parental guidance , raised by a single mother who worked everyday of the week to make ends meet. I never saw breakfast food as I was growing up not even once. Had to fend for myself and my little brother , find food , make some school lunch money by selling newspaper starting at 3 am then sell plastic grocery bags after school in the afternoon so I can buy rice . I excelled in school and had 3 scholarships before I even finished 6th grade but I still can’t afford school so I just worked after 6 th grade by lying about my age and mostly did under the table jobs . I speak 3 languages and one more but not as fluent as the other 3. I am now 57 yo had 6 kids ,became a single mother , sent all my children to universities. They are all useful members of society as we speak. I am again alone but I have overcame all kinds of adversities, some of the pains I will probably bear til the end but all in all I am grateful and I will continue to refuse to be defeated by life. God gave us gifts and I intend to use it all to give back and not be vengeful because after everything is said and done I chose to have peace and gratefulness in my life no matter how hard they were to achieve. I hope you find yours and may God protect and keep you the way He did to me.
I am Aquarius sun, moon, venus, mars , Gemini asc with Jupiter in it.

Remember this: What you don’t heal in this lifetime, you carry to your next. It feels to me like you’ve done too much good in this life to risk carrying anything whatsoever negative over, of carrying over not even a smidgen of negative! Blessings.

What about planets in the 8th house? I’ve found that people with planets in the 8th house have experienced devastating childhood trauma.
Absolutely! This was not an all inclusive list by any means. The 8th house is (among other things) a house of anxiety and things that put us in harm's way.
i have sun and mars conjunct in the 8th (both square pluto) and can absolutely vouch for this
Yes. I have a stellium in the 8th opposite a stellium in the 2nd (including an exact Moon/Chiron conjunction)
I lost my father and sister to a car accident when I was twelve, but before that I felt my personality always almost “too much” for my mother and siblings. Also having that little sister displacing me at my mother’s breast was the beginning of my subconscious journey of transformation

I know it as 4th mother and 10th father too. Early astrologers had it switched so now they say it's kind of interchangeable
Yep! I practice in a more traditional way - so back in the day, the 4th house was the father and the 10th was the mother. At some point, the correspondences flipped. Glad you enjoyed it!
Whoa, I have 80% of the placements you mentioned 😂 Saturn conjuction Neptune, co-present with Uranus and the part of Fortune in the 4th in a night chart. But through my astrological journey I've learned that the same challenges the chart holds are also the strengths it can provide. I think Rhetotrious said something along the lines of what gifts Saturn brings, no star can take away. My Mercury is Saturn ruled too so that might be a misquote 😅🙃 but you get the idea lol

In the video you mentioned house relations of the 4th ruled by the Father and in constrast, the 10th ruled by the Mother. However, in great contrast to astrological practice, the Moon ruler of the 4th house; archetypal symbol of the Mother, the nuturer (and in some cases the nurturing parent based on planetary alignments) to be a 10th destination. While, the 10th house ruled by Saturn, which is more pointedly associated with the Father, you stated a 4th house designation.
Can you help clarify your premise for the house designations of the 4th & 10th house in relation to the archetypal energies of the Moon (Mother) & Saturn (Father)?

Hi there! I practice traditional astrology, which designates the 4th house as corresponding to the father and the 10th house to the mother. Based on my studies, the moon does not rule the 4th house. Saturn, likewise, does not rule the 10th house. Planets do not rule houses but planets do have their joys in specific houses (the Moon's joy is in the 3rd house and Saturn's is in the 12th)
Also, from an archetypal standpoint, Saturn would represent the Father in a nocturnal chart and the Sun would represent the Father in a diurnal chart. I know not everyone practices the same way I do and that's okay. Thank you for watching! I really appreciate the question.

Whoa. I have Saturn conj Moon in the third. Chiron and mars in the first. I experienced childhood rape. I’m doing very well now, finally. At 50. Lol. I have four kids and a strong relationship with each of them. 😍 nothing like my own childhood.
Interesting about Neptune didn't know it meant great disappointment. It us a generational planet/energy as well.
Yes - it has so many significations - which is very Neptunian because it's hard to pin down. You are correct. It is definitely generational. The aspects it's making can make it feel more personal.

why do you call the tenth house the house of the mother SO interesting!
Hi! Thank you for watching! In traditional astrology, the 10th house is associated with mothers and the 4th with fathers. Somewhere along the line, that axis was flipped.
What does it mean if both your 4:th and 10:th houses are empty?
You look at the ruler of the 4th and 10th houses. Look at the sign on the house cusp(s). Then look at the planet that rules that sign. See what house the planet is in and what aspects the planet is making to understand how your parents relate to other things in your chart.

what if there’s and absence of planets and aspects in a house?
Great question! If there are no planets in a house, you look at the planet that rules the sign of the house. So, if the house is in Libra, you will look at Venus' planetary state and the aspects Venus is making to other planets. Mars rules Scorpio and Aries. The Sun rules Leo. Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo. Saturn rules Capricorn and Aquarius. The Moon rules Cancer. Venus also rules Taurus. Jupiter rules Pisces and Sagittarius. I hope this helps!
@@HomegirlAstrology I noticed you didn’t co-ruling planets for the signs, (Pluto) for Scorpio, (Uranus) for Aquarius & (Neptune) for Pisces. However, you did mention Uranus & Pluto in the video. What commentary relevance do they hold in your astrological practice if not also mentioning their co-rulership for signs: Scorpio, Aquarius & Pisces?
Also, the house system you mentioned is the Vedic system, which doesn't work with the co-rulership of aforementioned signs.

@@pluto1184 Hi! I use Pluto, Uranus and Neptune on their own but I don't use them as co-rulers. They all have their own significations which I acknowledge in the aspects they make to other planets (e.g. a Pluto square could represent an external authority impacting the planet that is being squared). The house system I use is Regiomontanus. I don't practice Vedic astrology, though I have great respect for that system.
Let me guess fourth house Aries. Pretty obvious to me.
